Mazda Rotary Club of TN (MRCMT) is a Middle TN based group of people who own rotary powered vehicles. We are a new club that started in January 2005, Although we have been hanging out with each other for years now. We have many members thru out Tn from Chatanooga, Cookville, Clarksville, Jackson, Murfreesboro, Symrna, Spring Hill, Franklin, Etc. If you own a Rotary and/or getting ready to buy one, and want to join our club please feel free to e-mail me. We are accepting new members through out TN.
We are in the process of splitting the different areas of TN up and have their own group chapters. This way the groups can meet more often together and then a few times a year we can have a State Club get together. We will need chapter leaders for these groups. If interested let us know. Trying to get this all done and ready for the spring of 06.
Also if you have any ideas before then about the club e-mail me. I am open to all ideas and will let the club vote on them.
We sometimes also have rx7's for sale within the club and/or parts and motors. Feel free to e-mail us if interested. Also we have a few people that will work on your rotary (79-95). Anything to a basic tune up to a full engine swap / rebuild. Feel free to contact us.
We have t-shirts and stickers for sale. Paypal, money order, or checks are ok for payment. E-mail us if your interested.
Washing and Waxing Tips
Most cars now come with a clearcoat finish, which tricks owners into thinking they don't need wax. Actually, you should wax your car 3-4 times a year. Most manufacturers also recommend washing your car once a week. Remember to start washing your car only when the car's surface is cool and only after rinsing the entire car. Rub gently, one section at a time, and use specific car wash products--never household cleaners. After rinsing your car well, dry it with a soft, clean cloth. Follow the directions on the bottle of wax. For best results use a polish then a wax.

Food For Thought
Did you know that in 95 degree heat, the air in your car reaches approximately 146 degrees and the steering wheel can reach 158 degrees? So what can you do about it? First, you can tint your car windows. Clear glass magnifies the sun and intensifies the heat. If that's too expensive, buy manual sunshades. They come in cheap cardboard or reflective material. To avoid hot steering wheels, put a towel over the wheel to absorb sun while your car sits.
